1) Audit: audit is a registration action and should only be allowed before the registration deadline.
2) Incomplete: to be eligible for an incomplete, students must have a major portion of work (70% completed) and have a passing grade. Limits on registration for next semesters based on number of incompletes.
3) Withdrawal: change withdrawal deadline to 65% of academic term rather than 80%.
