Credits: 3 Students grow ideas through advance play in a creative maker-space. I&E players learn a variety of prototyping approaches and techniques ranging from the quick and dirty, useful for the brainstorming stage, to more precise and sophisticated, best for final design presentation. Upon completion of this course, students will experiment with prototyping processes and reflect on successes and failures, apply discipline-specific methods of prototyping, and demonstrate the use of design thinking in model-making through an iterative process.
