GDPC 626 - Cognitive PsychologyCredits: 3 Emphasis on issues and research in cognitive psychology, including perception, attention, categorization, working memory, long-term memory, knowledge, problem solving, reasoning, language, and socio-cultural cognition. A wide variety of theories will be reviewed with application of research to practical problems, including assessment. Selected cognitive issues will be discussed from a cognitive science or neuropsychological perspective.
