FTES 138V - Cardio DevelopmentCredits: 1 A study of basic-fitness concepts and principles focused on cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. Students will be required to develop a personalized exercise program for physical fitness based on their current fitness level. Weekly independent workouts are required.
