BSAD 500 - Survey of Management

Introduction to the philosophy of management science which presents an overview of organizational behavior. Emphases include the functions of management (planning, organizing, leading, and controlling), group and team dynamics, organizational structure, strategic planning, managing within a global environment, human resource functions, motivation, and management control systems. Not available for MBA program.
