FTES 205 - Fitness Conditioning Credits: 1 This class is designed to inspire a lifelong fitness program using dynamic movements and natural body resistance. Will explore ways to gain maximum results using the minimal equipment, such as the new suspension system ‘TRX.’ All workouts will target the anaerobic zone while strength training.
