The Practicum in Business Management provides students with supervised hands-on experience to apply their acquired knowledge and skills, whether in paid or unpaid roles across various settings. It focuses on enhancing personal and interpersonal skills for workplace and societal success. This involves documenting their experience and writing a final report. Students also refine their reading, writing, computing, communication, and reasoning abilities for application within the business environment, drawing upon a broad knowledge base, including legal, managerial, marketing, financial, ethical, and international dimensions, to make sound business decisions.
