The MPH program, Health Promotion and Health Education concentration, prepares students to function as public health educators and health promotion specialists to promote preventive health measures and educate people about conditions that affect their health. They are trained to assess needs, plan, implement, and evaluate health education programs in the community. Graduates can work in health departments, government, non-governmental organizations, school institutions, and healthcare facilities in the United States and throughout the world. This program can be completed in 16 months for full-time students.
Delivery: This program is offered in an interactive online asynchronous format (see Global Campus definitions) and face-to-face format. The interactive online degree does not require any on-campus time. Students are encouraged to come to campus for graduation.
