Open to all, this certificate gives you the preparation you need to make meaningful change. Core competencies include needs assessment, cultural competencies, and practical applications. Elective options provide training in various areas and are chosen in consultation with an advisor and with vocational goals in mind. This certificate is delivered on the main campus and online.
