BSAD 355 - Management and OrganizationCredits: 3 Introduces concepts of effective management in organizational settings. Primary emphases include the organizational processes necessary for organizational effectiveness (planning, organizing, leading, and controlling), the nature of individual and group behavior, and the role of management in facilitating a mutually satisfying fit between employee needs and organizational requirements.
