BSAD 505 - Survey of Operations Management

Quantitative and computer-based methods of planning and controlling operations in manufacturing and service organizations are explored. Topics covered include forecasting, production planning, quality, operations scheduling, layout, inventory control, queuing, decision theory, and linear programming. A foundation course for the MBA and other graduate programs.Grade not included in the MBA GPA calculation.
