NRSG 764 - Primary Care Management of Adults Practicum

Credits: 2
This course requires 150 literal hours of practicum in a primary care setting specific to adults.  The focus is for students to integrate assessment data, and apply strategies for diagnosing and managing acute and chronic illneses of adult patients.  Students are expected to apply theoretical knowledge gained from the primary care management of adults class.  Students will be expected to pay attention to role development issues, collaborative and independent practice issues, as well as problem- solving.
