This course provides an introduction to the field of healthcare philosophy and ethics.  It aims at increasing students’ familiarity with the concepts, theories, and distinctions of healthcare ethics as well as fostering moral decision-making and justification.  The course will look at a wide variety of topics in healthcare and the foundational philosophical theories upon which they are built.
