LEAD 101 - Fundamentals of LeadershipCredits: 2,3 An exploration of essential personal and interpersonal qualities of a leader. Emphasis is given to team dynamics, problem solving, values identification, strengths discovery and unlocking creativity. Following this course, students may apply to the Undergraduate Leadership Program to pursue a certificate or minor in leadership. Students may receive credit for only LEAD101 or LEAD 301.
