SOWK 461 - Social Work Research ICredits: 2 Course includes research tools available to social workers to assist them with the integration of research-based evidence into their practice. Discusses an overview of the research process, theoretical review, ethics, cultural competence, hypothesis and problem formulation, instrument construction and research design. SPSS will be used by students to design a research project addressing a social problem.
