Presents concepts, principles, and applications that form the basis of environmental health. Describes environmental health hazards; the sources, and pathways of exposure. Describes methods of control of the principal physical, chemical, biologic, and sociologic factors that impact human health in ambient, indoor and occupational environments. Discusses strategies for preventing or controlling environmental health hazards that pose risk to human health.
