BSAD 506 - Survey of Business Law

This course examines basic legal principles that govern business conduct. Topics include the legal environment, contracts, commercial transactions, business organizations, and major legal problems encountered by business managers. A foundation course for the MBA and other graduate programs. Grade not included in the MBA GPA calculation.
