GDPC 652 - Cognitive AssessmentCredits: 3
The selection, administration, and scoring of standardized individual measures of cognitive abilities for assessment and diagnosis of intellectual ability. Emphasis will be placed on accurate, standardized administration of the most widely used intelligence tests throughout the life span. Current issues in the conceptualization of intelligence and assessment pertaining to students/adults with special needs will be addressed. Students are also required to register for GDPC652 P04. Limited to students enrolled in Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Educational Psychology or School Counseling, or by permission of instructor.
