Additional Requirements
Student is required to demonstrate ability to integrate specific areas of public health: Administration, Epidemiology, Statistics, Environmental Health, Health Behavior and Nutrition during culminating activity experiences.
Culminating activity includes: A written comprehensive exam, field experience/research project/diatetic internship after completion of all courses, professional portfolio, and an exit interview with the department chairman at conclusion of program.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission to the MPH program, you must have completed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better (on a 4.0 scale). Also, you must submit GRE results. A GRE score of 290 is acceptable. Applicant holding a masters degree is not required to take GRE A limited number of students whose background and experience show potential for success but whose GPAs are less than 3.0 may be admitted on a provisional basis.
