NRSG 305 - Health Assessment Credits: 3 Introduces theoretical and practical skills for performing a focused and comprehensive health assessment. Emphasizes data collection for recognition of normal findings and common variations throughout the life span, and use of nursing diagnoses to describe areas needing restoration. Includes 2 credits theory and 1 credit lab.
