LEAD 628 - Creating Collective Impact

Credits: 1-3
The purpose of this course is to provide an overview of the basic elements of the collective impact approach. The course will include discussion and examples of common agenda, shared measurement, mutually reinforcing activities, continuous communication, and a deep dive into the skills and characteristics of the backbone role. Participants will experience designing, developing, implementing, and assessing programs that ultimately result in positive community impact. By the end of this course, the participants will be able to apply the Logic Model to planning and measuring community-based organizational performance. Implement planning and performance measurement in community-based programs to enhance the organizational ability to deliver its mission.
