INFS 385 - Business Automation, Robotics and Society

Credits: 3
This course explores the use automation and robotics in organizational operations and its impact to society.  It covers industry deployed automation systems and robotics to solve business problems, their role in risk management, and deskilling.  Through case studies and lectures the students will learn how to apply these new systems and understand the ethical and other ramifications of their deployment.
