INEN 710 - Fostering Creativity in the Workplace

Credits: 3
The purpose of this course is to provide tools and help develop mindsets that will foster the generation, management, and creation of emulation of new creative and innovative ideas. It will teach students how to help their teams be creative, how to evaluate the ideas that are generated, and how to present new ideas so that they are appreciated. This course will allow the student to be more open, more flexible and have an inclusive mind so that ideas and ingenuity do not get lost.
