HCAD 555 - Strategic Planning

Explains the process of strategic planning, and how to analyze internal and external factors related to an organization. Teaches students how to develop the vision, mission, goal statements, and objectives; how to set control mechanisms; manage human resources; marketing; finance; and, impact of business, demographic, cultural, political, and regulatory decisions on long-term success in their planning.
